Overview
Hard water causes scaling in boilers, cooling towers, washing machines and process equipment. Our water softener plants use ion-exchange resin to exchange hardness minerals with sodium, delivering soft water that protects equipment, reduces detergent use and improves product quality.
How it works
Water flows through a pressure vessel filled with cation resin. Calcium and magnesium are exchanged for sodium, and the resin is automatically regenerated with brine on a timer or volume basis. We supply single and twin-vessel softeners with mild steel or FRP vessels, sized to your flow and hardness.
Specifications and capacities shown are indicative. The final design is confirmed against your water analysis and site conditions.
